I am The Sewing Lady.  I have 30 years experience as a professional seamstress and pattern maker.  I currently serve private clients developing and realizing projects including prom, wedding and bridesmaid dresses, costumes for competition ballroom dancing and masquerade balls, historically accurate clothing for re-creationists, as well as draperies, blinds, slip covers and bedding for the home.

My creations have appeared in feature films such as Mom and Dad Save the World, Meet the Applegates, Universal Soldier, The Blob andTombstone.  My stage credits include productions at the San Gabriel Civic Light Opera, the Mark Taper Forum, and Opera a la Carte.  I have fabricated animatronic attractions for Universal Studios Hollywood and Knotts Berry Farm, and constructed costumes for live promotions for clients such as Mattel (Barbie on Tour), BCI Eclipse (She-ra), and USMP(Street Fighter).  My interior design clients include Demi Designs, Fontaboa Design, ATK Services and Interior Innovations.  I have made clothing and accessories for high end boutiques such as Patina Millinery and Heidi Abra Designs.
